Mr. Zeev Degani oversees global strategy, business development, and initiatives for sustained growth and market expansion.
A retired Israel Navy officer, Mr. Degani was a member of the team that established the foundations for the Israel Navy’s Fast Missile Boat fleet.
Zeev holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Avi Sheetrit previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and VP of Business Development at Elbit Imaging Ltd. Since 1989, he has served as Controller at Elbit Ltd.
Holds a BA in Economics and Charted Accountant from the University of Haifa.
Ms. Masha Degani oversees the company’s supply chain and internal infrastructure, including production management, subcontracting, and procurement. Joined the company in 2004 as VP of Human Resources. Expanded her leadership scope in 2012 to include the role of VP Operations.
Masha holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Education from the Haifa University.
